About Us
Thank you for the opportunity to help you find the perfect gown for your special event. We have the perfect dress for your next prom, pageant, homecoming, military ball, cocktail party, or other formal events. Please read the following so we may better serve you.
Our gowns start at $250 and up. We do have the store divided by price points. Floor-length gowns under $400.00 are on the first floor; $400.00 and up are on the second floor. Our cocktail dresses range from $250 to approximately $800. Prices reflected on our website are the prices of dresses in the store.
Layaway
Layaway options are available for gowns over $250.00. We require 25% of the total price down plus a non-refundable layaway fee. We offer a 5 grace day period from your payment due date. Missing a payment results in a $25.00 late fee. After a gown has been placed on layaway, you will no longer be able to try on your gown. Gowns are stored in a safe and secure environment. When you are ready to come to get your gown for payment please email (info@aatrnc.com) 24 hours in advance. This ensures that we can have your gown ready for you at the time of pick up. Failure to notify us could result in a prolonged wait that could be several hours during peak season. There are no refunds or exchanges on layaways.

Special orders
We require a 50% deposit on all special orders before the gown can be ordered with our vendors. An additional shipping charge will be applied. If the gown is in stock with the designer, it can take up to 4 weeks to arrive in the store. Please allow a 2 week grace period when given a ship date. Rush delivery is sometimes an option for an additional charge. Once your gown is ordered it is yours; we do not give refunds or exchanges.
Holds
If you have found your gown and want to put it on hold for 24 hours there will be a $50.00 charge. If you do not come back to purchase the gown in the next 24 hours the gown will go back on the floor and you forfeit your money. If you come back in the 24 hour time period to buy the gown your money will be credited towards that gown.
Registration
We register all of our gowns by event and color. To ensure that no one else can have the same dress for your event. If the event is a pageant, we register the dress by style and color.
Annual Fashion Show
Once you purchase a gown you automatically become a #girltoremember. If you have purchased a gown that is over $300.00 you are eligible to be in our show. Please make sure you have a valid email given at checkout so we can email you information about the show. If you have not been contacted by November 1st, please email us (aatrncfashionshow@gmail.com) to ensure you can be at the show! We relinquish all responsibility to the customer to contact us for interest in the fashion show. The fashion show schedule is: TBD for 2021.
